REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or after use.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Personal use items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Products without original packaging/tags


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges if:

  • The item is in stock

  • Your return request meets the eligibility criteria

In case the product is out of stock, you can choose another item or receive store credit.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue, customer will bear the shipping cost.
